Monthly running costs for the online learning platform: servers, video, live classes, AI, messaging, payments and tools. Set the expected usage, pick a provider for each service, and untick anything not needed. Every unit price is editable, so local quotes can replace the defaults.

One-off costs are not included: development, hardware purchase, payment gateway setup fees, and the Google Play one-time registration.
Prices marked "quote" are placeholders. Replace them with real quotes from Bangladeshi data centres before committing.
Video data per hour streamed: about 0.35 GB at 480p, 0.6 GB at 720p and 1 GB at 1080p. The library is stored in several qualities (about 1.7× the 720p size).
Live classes: the default broadcasts each class once and delivers it to students as HLS over the CDN, like recorded video; chat and polls run inside the app. Per-minute providers (100ms, Zoom) suit small interactive classes where everyone is on camera.
AI cost per question depends on the model: roughly $0.002–0.005 with fast, smaller vision models and $0.01–0.02 with top models. Daily per-student limits keep this predictable.
YouTube and Google Meet cost little or nothing, but classes happen outside your app: anyone with a link can watch, attendance and quizzes are harder to track, and YouTube cannot block screen recording. They suit free classes and early pilots; paid batches usually move to a secured player. Google Meet limits: Business Standard 150, Business Plus 500, Enterprise up to 1,000 interactive participants (Workspace pricing).
Peak bandwidth is taken as 3× the monthly average, because study traffic concentrates in the evening.
